2016年1月29日〜31日、六本木ヒルズ。三日間で約15万人が来場し、日中で大きな話題を呼んだ国際親善文化交流イベント。 2016年1月29日〜31日，六本木Hills。三天約15萬人到場，於日中之間引發廣大迴響的國際親善文化交流盛會。 29–31 January 2016, Roppongi Hills. Over three days some 150,000 visitors attended this international goodwill cultural-exchange festival — a major talking point across Japan and China.
中国節とは何謂中國節About Chifes
【中国節／Chifes】は、年に一度開催される継続的な国際親善事業です。在日中国企業・華僑華人団体が主催運営し、所在国の地元住民やメディアとの参加・友好交流を重視。文化を通じて相互理解を深めることを目的とする、国際交流の公益イベントです。2016年の第一回は、中国大使館の提唱のもと、在日中国企業協会と全日本華僑華人連合会の共同主催により実現しました。 【中國節／Chifes】是每年舉辦一次的持續性國際親善事業。由在日中國企業與華僑華人團體主辦營運，重視與所在國當地民眾及媒體的參與和友好交流，旨在透過文化深化相互理解的國際交流公益活動。2016年第一屆，在中國大使館的提倡下，由在日中國企業協會與全日本華僑華人聯合會共同主辦。 "China Festival (Chifes)" is a continuing annual programme of international goodwill. Organised by Chinese enterprises and overseas-Chinese communities in Japan, it places friendly exchange with local residents and media at its heart — a public-benefit event deepening mutual understanding through culture. The inaugural 2016 edition, proposed by the Chinese Embassy, was co-hosted by the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Japan and the All-Japan Federation of Overseas Chinese.

開幕式・前夜祭開幕式・前夜祭Opening
1月29日、六本木ヒルズアリーナでの開幕式では、福田康夫 元首相、程永華 駐日中国大使がご挨拶。日本外務省・東京都・港区の代表、在日中国企業協会会長、全日本華僑華人連合会会長、女優の黒柳徹子さんらがテープカットを行いました。同夜には高輪プリンスホテル「飛天の間」で新春招待会・前夜祭が催され、日中の政財界・友好団体・華僑華人団体から千人以上が出席。開幕式の司会は、フジテレビアナウンサーの永島優美さんが務めました。 1月29日，於六本木Hills Arena舉行的開幕式上，前首相福田康夫、駐日中國大使程永華致辭；日本外務省、東京都、港區代表，在日中國企業協會會長、全日本華僑華人聯合會會長，以及女演員黑柳徹子等共同剪綵。當晚於高輪Prince Hotel「飛天之間」舉行新春招待會暨前夜祭，日中政商界、友好團體與華僑華人團體逾千人出席。開幕式由富士電視台主播永島優美擔任司儀。 At the opening at Roppongi Hills Arena on 29 January, former Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and Cheng Yonghua, Ambassador of China to Japan, gave addresses; representatives of Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Minato City, the heads of the Chinese-enterprise and overseas-Chinese federations, and actress Tetsuko Kuroyanagi cut the ribbon. That evening a New-Year reception and eve gala at the Takanawa Prince Hotel drew over 1,000 guests from the political, business and friendship circles of both nations. Fuji TV announcer Yumi Nagashima hosted the ceremony.

出演スター：黄豆豆、大倉正之助、エンレイ、麻倉あきら、張屹、ダイヤモンドダンスグループ。出演は団体28（中国国内からの特別招請5団体、日本3団体を含む）、個人32名にのぼりました。 演出明星：黃豆豆、大倉正之助、恩雷、麻倉あきら、張屹、Diamond舞蹈團。演出陣容含團體28組（含中國國內特別邀請5組、日本3組）、個人32名。 Featured artists: Huang Doudou, Shonosuke Okura, Enrei, Akira Asakura, Zhang Yi, and the Diamond Dance Group. The line-up comprised 28 groups (including 5 specially invited from China and 3 from Japan) and 32 solo performers.

ブランドの樹立品牌的確立A brand is born
第一回中国節は、国際親善文化交流イベントのブランドとして確立されました。漢字「鼎（てい）」を象（かたど）ったブランドロゴ、ブランドスローガン、記念トロフィー・記念バッジが制作され、支援者には永久記念のトロフィーが贈られました。トロフィーには「第一回中国節支援者永久記念 / For those who sponsored the 1st Chifes Festival・2016」と刻まれています。 第一屆中國節確立為國際親善文化交流活動的品牌。製作了取材自漢字「鼎」的品牌標誌、品牌口號、紀念獎盃與紀念徽章，並向支援者頒贈永久紀念獎盃。獎盃上鐫刻著「第一回中國節支援者永久記念 / For those who sponsored the 1st Chifes Festival・2016」。 The first China Festival established a lasting brand for international goodwill and cultural exchange. A brand mark shaped from the Chinese character "鼎" (ding), a slogan, a commemorative trophy and badge were created, and memorial trophies were presented to supporters, inscribed "For those who sponsored the 1st Chifes Festival · 2016."
